QuestionDear BBC Learning English. Could you please help me to distinguish the difference between countable nouns and uncountable nouns? Do English speakers always attach importance to it? I’d really appreciate it. Yours, Anne.

ExamplesI don’t drink enough water.(我没喝够水。)

I need some advice.(我需要一些建议。)

ExamplesTwo glasses of water.(两杯水。)

Four pieces of advice.(四条建议。)

ExamplesI’d like some coffee.(我想来点咖啡。)

I’d like three coffees.(我想要三杯咖啡。)

ExamplesI don’t have the time today.(我今天没有时间。)

How many times have you done this?(这种事情你做过多少次了?)

ExamplesDon’t put too much pepper on my food.(不要在我的食物里加太多胡椒粉。)

Don’t put too many peppers in the salad.(不要在沙拉里面放太多菜椒。)

ExamplesI love maths and physics!(我爱数学和物理学!)

He’s gone down with the measles.(他出麻疹了。)

你也可以发邮件给我们,邮箱地址是:questions.chinaelt@bbc.co.uk 谢谢收听 “你问我答” 节目。 最新 你问我答近义词辨析: once、one time、twice、two times Episode 240313

你并不会感觉到有什么不对,但是服务员如果说“would you like a cup of milk tea?” 集合名词的可数不可数:再一次被安排到最后一排的你看着窗外开始思考你可数的人生与不可数的命运,“our class is on the sixth floor”“our class are taking English class now”我靠( ‵o′)凸!
